Would you like to learn more about honey? Would you like to know why some honey is runny and others are solid or crunchy? or why supermarket honey is often cheap and bland?
During this 90 minute activity we guide you through a honey tasting experience and answer all your questions about honey.
You may get an opportunity to taste our local Anglesey wildflower harvested at different times of the year and a varied range of honey from other countries. The range of honey on offer will vary from time to time.
During the experience you will also discover a bit about the lifecycle of honeybees and the hives in which they live and how we harvest the honey.
